ABOUT ME
I’ve sat at the intersection of high-touch human vulnerability in Romanian Orphanages and high-tech medical intervention in Radiology, Breast Clinic and Radiotherapy in Irish Hospitals. Moving from the technical side of the hospital to the soul-work of Psychotherapy & Logotherapy is a natural evolution.
Through my personal experience with abandoned children in orphanages and my years at the bedside of patients facing life’s most daunting transitions, I have seen a singular truth: while medicine can heal the body, it is the human spirit that must navigate the search for meaning. My extensive work in Palliative Care and with Neurodegenerative Conditions like Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson’s Disease has solidified my conviction that empathy and meaning are as vital to healing as any clinical intervention. This led me to specialize in Psychotherapy & Logotherapy, with a focus on Cancer and Palliative Care.
Choosing to understand your own story is a profound act of courage. Whether you are navigating the complexities of a new culture, a difficult relationship, or the weight of a health diagnosis, you don't have to carry that burden alone. My mission is to help you move beyond 'just existing' so you can reclaim your right to a life of genuine Meaning, Happiness, and Peace. My work is more than just managing symptoms; it is about honouring the unbreakable human spirit.
Your presence here is a quiet act of courage: a choice to finally prioritize your own story, and perhaps the bravest step you will ever take. Understanding your journey is the key to unlocking a happier future. I am here to help you stop simply surviving and start living a story that feels like your own. I am dedicated to walking alongside you as you navigate your most profound transition, helping you transform vulnerability into a courageous search for meaning and dignity. Together, we can work through the layers of your experience so that, in your own time, you can begin to breathe more easily and rediscover a sense of genuine peace.
