MIACP - Multilingual Psychotherapist & Logotherapist (English, Italian, and Romanian)

Groups & Family & Couples & Individuals

I am a qualified Multilingual Psychotherapist and an Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MIACP). My practice is deeply rooted in Multicultural Competency offering a culturally sensitive lens that honours the diverse backgrounds, traditions, and perspectives of my clients.

I combine a structured Clinical Precision with the depth of Existential and Psychoanalytic Thought. My practice is defined by a comprehensive, Integrative Framework: I draw from Person-Centred Approach, Psychoanalysis, Existentialism, Integrative & Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Family & Systemic  Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychopathology, and Group Psychotherapy traditions while incorporating specialized modalities such as CBT for Menopause & Chronic Illnesses, Body Psychotherapy, Logotherapy, and Addiction Studies.

My multifaceted training allows me to tailor my approach to the unique psychological and physiological needs of my clients. Beyond traditional clinical settings, I serve as a Death Doula, offering compassionate support through the profound transitions of life and loss.

Why Psychoanalysis?

To further deepen my practice, I am currently completing a Professional Clinical MA in Psychoanalysis through the UCD School of Medicine. This rigorous program bridges the gap between psychiatric and psychoanalytic perspectives on mental health, involving weekly clinical case conferences at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.

This immersion allows me to bring a sophisticated, diagnostic lens to my work. My current clinical focus explores the intricate connections between Language, Human Sexuality, the Interpretation of Dreams & Symptoms, ensuring that my clients benefit from a profound, evidence-based understanding of the human psyche across the lifespan. Furthermore, it involves an in-depth clinical research into Human Sexuality and Sexuation, Neurosis, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Criminality, Child Psychoanalysis, Life & Death Instincts, Existential Angst, Criminality, Existential Vacuum, Depression & Despair, Aggression, Addictions, and Suicide, and Clinical Diagnosis.

Psychoanalysis offers a distinctive therapeutic space to explore the unconscious processes that fundamentally shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Psychoanalysis

My practice is rooted in the Psychoanalytic tradition, providing a unique sanctuary where clients can speak without reservation. In this space, we begin to decipher the unspoken scripts that quietly govern one’s life. This process goes beyond symptom management. By illuminating these hidden layers, clients gain a profound perspective on the meaning within their experiences, allowing them to confront the root of their distress and achieve a fundamental, lasting transformation in their psychic well-being.

Logotherapy and Existential Analysis

My rare perspective on the human condition is shaped by my own experience with abandoned children and my years spent at the bedsides of patients facing life’s most daunting transitions. Is there that I have witnessed a singular Truth: while medicine can heal the Body, it is the Human Spirit that must navigate the Search for Meaning.

To me, sadness and worry aren’t just symptoms to be managed, but signals that it’s time to courageously face your own narrative and transform your life from the inside out.

Why Logotherapy?

I have completed a Professional Diploma in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis from the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland that provided me a better understanding of Life & Death Concepts and Instincts, Existential Angst, and the Theory and Therapy of Mental Disorders like Neuroses, Psychoses, Schizophrenia, Criminality, and Suicide. At its heart, Logotherapy is about discovering meaning in every moment, even the painful ones.

A Logotherapist helps you explore the balance of Ethics and Trust, the weight of Choice, and the resilience needed to face Crisis and Suffering. It’s a path away from the Inner Emptiness of the Existential Vacuum and toward a life of Happiness, Spirit, and True Responsibility.

A Logotherapist specialize in Meaning-Centered Interventions, helping people find purpose amidst crisis. Whether addressing Addiction, Depression, or Sunday Neurosis, they empower clients to shift their perspective and reclaim their lives from emptiness and despair.
